Obiettivi formativi
• Le tre rivoluzioni delle istituzioni militari: professionismo, C.R.O, diversità culturale e flessibilità nel personale militare;
• Il problema dell'efficienza nelle organizzazioni militari in contesti WAR e C.R.O.
• La diversità culturale nelle C.R.O.s
• Famiglia e problematiche di genere nelle forze armateThe Course aims at giving firstly a basic knowledge of the main sociological theories and concepts applied to the military, in order to acquire the knowledge of the most important changes in the armed forces related to the economic, technological, sociocultural and geopolitical environments.
These subjects are particularly relevant for military organisation, in WAR as well as in CRO-Crises Response Operations contexts and to understand armed forces and society relationships.
Main subjects are:
• Theories on the Military Profession and the Military Organization.
• Effectiveness in military organization in WAR and CRO contexts.
• The three military revolutions: All-Volunteer Force, Crises Response Operations, cultural diversity and flexibility in military personnel.
• Cultural diversity in CROs.
